Job Summary: Event Bartender

Hourly plus tips

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Event Bartenders to join our team at the Laguna Seca location for the season. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, taking customer orders and maintaining a clean and organized area. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments through POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and cashier area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic math
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old

Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internships.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
