There are part-time and full-time positions available which provides flexibility to fit your availability!

• Job Duties Include:
• Helping individuals complete their goals
• Personal cares provided as needed
• Taking individuals to outings in the community
• Cooking and cleaning as needed
• Dispensing medications
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be age 18 and have a valid Minnesota drivers license. You must pass a background study and motor vehicle record review.

About Bear Creek Services:
Our organization was founded in 1976 out of necessity by parents of children with developmental disabilities. After a long and tiresome struggle, we opened our first group home in May of that same year. We now operate 14 group homes and provide supports to 50 individuals in our Independent Living Services program. Our mission is to provide personalized community life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
