General Helper - 2nd or 3rd Shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Below are the essential functions of the position:

Performs a variety of general labor duties to include movement of cases for the Bottling departments.
Normal job performance will require considerable walking, carrying, and lifting.
Will be assigned other departmental General Helper duties as needed.
Must maintain departmental quality standards as well as departmental/equipment cleanliness.
Must adhere to all safety requirements, to include the wearing of PPE.
Follows job safety and environmental requirements and communicates concerns to immediate supervisor.
Follows all Food Safety, 5S and ISO guidelines, policies and procedures.
Others duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Have a high school education or equivalent.
Have two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a team environment.
Able to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
Have a strong mechanical aptitude.
Able to read English with understanding and write legibly.
Able to physically lift 40 pounds on a frequent basis, and 60 pounds occasionally.
Able to push up to 100lbs frequently.
Able to climb stairs and ladders.
Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl occasionally.
Able to perform all other physical requirements of the general helper duties.
