Position: Porter

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Location: New York, NY

What you will do:

Maintain a safe and clean building and grounds
Provide excellent customer service to our residents. You represent the company and our core values
Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials
Assist with snow removal as needed
Assist with painting as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

What you should have:

A genuine desire to help people. Customer service experience is a plus
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without it compromising the quality of your work

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

What we offer:

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.35

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
