Job Description

The Quality Care Advisor is responsible for providing support to Direct Service Professionals on shift to ensure the best quality care is provided to the people we serve.

• Completes QCA Audit reviews for each assigned program area on a bi-annual basis.
• Completes Internal Certified Investigations and maintains the Incident Management system by ensuring compliance with the Pennsylvania Incident Management process, policies and regulations which protects the rights, health and safety of individual’s served
• Acts as a liaison between the Direct Service Professionals on shift and the Residential Program Coordinator.
• Responds to crisis situations as necessary and notifies Program Coordinator.
• Assists Direct Service Professionals in following correct crisis intervention procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with three years of Keystone experience or five years of external experience in Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism. Preferred education: Associate’s degree and two years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and two years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities
• Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License with acceptable driving record as determined by Motor Vehicle Report and insurance guidelines.
• Must be willing to travel

Job Types

• Full Time
• Hours are a blend of 1st and 2nd shift

Work Environment

• Office environment combined with Residential Program environment, which includes community residential homes and recreational activities
• May experience exposure to body fluids and the need to provide personal, private care to individuals.
• Driving is required.

Salary

• $23-$25 Based on Education and Experience
