Bilingual Receptionist
6-8 Week Contract
Location : Buda, TX
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Pay : $18 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Provide information to clients and customers in both languages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies, upload paper applications to database, and complete electronic filing
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- 1 years of clerical or customer service experience (filing, scanning, maintaining electronic databases)
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
