We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to assist our office with excellent organizational and administrative skills. We are looking to hire a Treatment Coordinator that is compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills. The Front Office Treatment Coordinator should have a minimum of 3-years of experience in a Dental / Medical Office.
To ensure success, front office treatment coordinators should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the healthcare facility. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to patient emergencies.
Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Be present during comprehensive exams to understand patient treatment needs.
  • When necessary, be present during re-care exams to understand patient treatment needs.
  • Ensure patients understand their treatment plan.
  • Handle objections to proposed treatment.
  • Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say “yes.”
  • Present or co-present the treatment plan and consent.
  • Educate patients, as necessary, regarding their dental benefits.
  • Determine dental benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements.
  • Ensure patients are up to date on their financial obligations.
Front Office Receptionist Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-years' experience within a dental / medical office capacity
  • Bilingual a HUGE plus, yet not required
  • Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
  • Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Passionate about healthcare excellence.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, day shift
  • Must be local and able to commute daily.

Special Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
