• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Admin On Call Responsibilities

Required-

• One year of clinical RN experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• One year of RN Supervisory/Management experience.
• Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
