Responsibilities
- Answer multiple phone lines, organize customer calls, and log calls in notes.
- Take detailed orders and accurately enter them into the system.
- Handle customer questions and concerns and informing the manager when necessary.
- Calling potential customers to establish new business.
- Provide strong customer service and learn the company products.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Exceptional phone, communication, and customer service skills.
