Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Docket Clerk for a reputable law firm downtown Chicago. This junior position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience, preferably in a law firm setting! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. This role offers a Hybrid WFH schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the firm's litigation electronic docketing system, including reviewing, posting, and maintaining docket and calendar entries.
Save and organize documents in the Firm's document management system.
Handle the filing of pleadings and other legal documents in various courts, including electronic and hard copy filings.
Serve as a point of contact with court clerks and other court staff.
Provide filing and docketing support in the absence of the Manager.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Filing and Docketing Manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or degree preferred.
1 years of experience in an office setting, with litigation experience in a law firm preferred.
Familiarity with federal, state, arbitration, and administrative electronic filing systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of iManage, PACER, PACERPro, and docketing management systems preferred.
