Beacon Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Dexter, MI

General Dental office that focuses on the highest level of dental care seeking enthusiastic, detail oriented clinical assistant.

Basic job duties include but not limited to:

  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment including cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
  • Assisting in 4 handed dentistry and patient charting
  • Scanning for digital impressions
  • Fabricating temporary crowns
  • Coordinating lab cases
  • Maintaining and stocking treatment rooms

Qualities and characteristics that we are looking for:

You like to have fun and are fun to work with.

You are professional, organized, and able to deal with challenging situations, patients, and insurance companies.

Must be skilled in customer service and comfortable with financial discussions

Experience in dentistry a plus but will train the right person.

Hours are:

Monday: 9:30-7

Tuesday: 8:30-6

Wednesday: 8:30-1

Thursday: 8:30-5

Alternate Fridays: 8:30-1

Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Compensation package also includes:

Scrubs provided

Simple IRA with 3% match

Monthly team performance bonuses

Dental care for employee and immediate family

Paid training and CE, including annual CE trip

2 weeks paid vacation/sick time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
