Beachy Clean Cleaning Services is hiring! We are a small business based out of Ocean View, NJ seeking to hire passionate and attentive Turnover Specialists to perform a variety of cleaning, maintenance, staging, and up keeping duties for our rental department. The TS will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer and host standards. Duties will include surface cleaning disinfecting hot zones, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing toilets, tubs and sinks, restocking inventory in the units, staging every unit according the the photos provided, submit a video after the property is complete, etc. Attention to detail, great with Time management and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Requirements :
Availability between 10a-4p on Saturdays Hotel/ Professional cleaning experience is preferred.
Drivers License and reliable transportation (registered and insured) Connected and functional cellphone
Makes sure properties are sanitized, cleaned, disinfected, staged and ready for the next guest. Reports any missing or broken items
Reports any drugs, paraphernalia or weapons left in the home Assures the property keys, passes and fobs are in lock box for next guest
Sends video proof of the unit sanitized, cleaned and staged to hosts and company standards. Sends photo proof of keys, passes fobs in lockbox at the end of shift.
