Seeking a CAD Operator to work in a fast-paced environment of a custom commercial furniture manufacturer. The CAD Operator position is responsible for the form, fit, and function of all the products that they create, along with the creation and approval of shop drawings through the use of SolidWorks.
Strong communication skills are necessary for professional interactions with clients. Other assets will include self-motivation, team oriented, high energy level, be able to understand drawings and blueprints, be dependable, trustworthy, and honest. Rate of pay will be based on experience.
Software : SolidWorks Professional 2020 version and above.
Education : 2-year technical Degree or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Engineering is preferred.
Experience : Experience in a related field is preferred (furniture, cabinetry, and/or millwork).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
