Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
• Time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses.

Your Role:

• Clean and maintain all public spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, and hallways, to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure that all public areas are well-stocked with amenities and supplies.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service when needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Uphold the hotel's standards and policies at all times.
