Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at King St Beachables, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to enhance the overall shopping experience for our patrons. Your primary duties will include:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Providing product recommendations, styling advice, and assistance with sizing and fit to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Actively engaging in sales activities to meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:
• Assisting with visual merchandising efforts, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating replenishment needs to management to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Product Knowledge and Brand Advocacy:
• Developing a thorough understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Serving as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge, promoting brand values, and embodying the beach lifestyle ethos of our store.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
