• Provide prompt and courteous service to all associates and guests
• Assist team members in the housekeeping department
• Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms in accordance with company standards
• Review daily assigned inventory of arrivals and departures; obtain supplies to complete assignments
• Clean the resort guest rooms including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and common areas
• Properly submit all lost and found articles left in guestrooms
• Inform and coordinate with Engineering any room issues and needed repairs

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs throughout most of your shift
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Have a positivie outgoing personality
