BEACH ENVIRONMENTAL is Hiring a Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist Near Palm Beach Gardens, FL

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Must have a basic map knowledge of Palm Beach County. We are looking for someone who has a clear voice over the phone and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will be primarily in the Pest Control department of Beach Environmental. A typical day is Monday - Friday 8 to 5 with a 1-hour lunch break. Work is done in an office setting. We are like family here!

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Schedule New customer starts
  • Process daily paperwork for technicians
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
