Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to provide support and assistance in a preschool or classroom setting. This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Provide individualized attention and assistance to students as needed
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other developmental challenges

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
