Responsibilities:

• Driving vehicles to designated locations

• Required use of technology to track and deliver customer vehicles

• Create a welcoming environment, exceeding expectations in genuine hospitality service.

• Approach all encounters with customers and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

• Greet all customers confidently and cordially upon entering the dealership.

• Retrieving customers vehicle / Directing traffic in valet area 

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in the hospitality or service industries.

• Proven customer focus and customer service skills.

• Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor.

• Strong oral, listening, organizational skills, and written knowledge.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency.
