• Assist with research and architectural design services.
• Generate construction document and presentation drawings, sketches, and renderings.
• Professional Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture from accredited USA based university is required.
• Must be highly proficient in AutoCad Design Suite programs (incl. AutoCad Architecture & Revit), SketchUp, Adobe Suite Programs (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.), Microsoft Excel & Word, Microsoft Project for project scheduling and Rhinoceros 4.0/5.0.
• Must have strong presentation, modelling and rendering skills.
