As Pricing Manager you own the core models for pricing including the communication to (internal and external) stakeholders. You contribute to the pricing decision-making within the organization in order to Achieve ALBI IM's annual pricing strategy and objectives. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Updating ALBI IM's pricing policy based on the pricing strategy in the Benelux. Guide sales teams in managing the customer portfolio based on profit optimization. Follow the evolution of the costs of our products and services. Support sales teams in complex negotiations during price campaigns. Rolling out new pricing tools and processes to ALBI IM Sales teams. Preparation and implementation of periodic pricing campaigns. Supporting sales teams in achieving their financial objectives Monthly analysis & reporting of the pricing results by market, by product or by group of products with regard to the increase in prices, the evolution of the margin, the cost pass-through ratio. Prepare communication and argumentation on internal and external pricing. You will be responsible for the whole Bulk and OnSite perimeter for Industrial Merchant business line in BeNeLux Are you a MATCH? University degree preferably in an economic or finance field Minimum 5 years of professional work experience as commercial controller, business controlling. Sales experience is a plus. Speaking fluent English; Dutch and/or French are an asset. Ability to work autonomously with strong problem solving skills Pricing experience and/or additional broader product or commercial experience preferred.
