BDS Connected Solutions is Hiring a Temporary Marketing Project Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

At a Glance

As a Temporary Marketing Project Manager for our well-known telecommunications client, you will play a pivotal role in bridging internal stakeholders with the branding team. With a keen understanding of the company’s business objectives, you will spearhead the development and management of project timelines, ensuring seamless execution of marketing deliverables to meet stakeholder goals. This role is responsible for managing and organizing all creative team projects, including but not limited to, digital banner ads, social media, web banners, screens for devices, video cuts, gifs, simple motion, etc. Additionally, you will communicate with other stakeholders in the North American marketing for project status & deliveries. We need someone who is motivated to work collaboratively and can maintain a positive attitude supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, temporary role (approximately 8 months). This hybrid opportunity requires 3 days per week on-site at our client’s Chicago office, while 2 days may be worked remotely.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the design process through various teams within the organization to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on-time.
  • Transform creative briefs and strategies into trackable tasks.
  • Act as a key point of contact for design projects including directing resource assignments, timelines, and addressing needs as they arise.
  • Utilize agile project management tactics and execute using agile methodology.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
  • Work with other stakeholders to share or receive supporting assets for the Creative Team.
  • Support the Creative Team with timeline planning via Monday.com by properly assigning deliverables to team members and creating a delivery workback.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably Marketing Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing multiple clients or client accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience using Monday.com and Smartsheets is highly preferred

  • Able to effectively work under pressure and within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative; able to connect across multiple teams
