Responsibilities :
- Email communication and liaising with customers and vendors
- Ensure that all document generated is with highest accuracy and error free
- Ensure that all documents are escalated to superior and client for speedy resolution
- Assist with any other assignments as and when required
Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline with SPM credit in Mathematics and English
- At least 1 year of working experience. Knowledge and working experience with shipping documentation will be an added advantage
- Able to work on fixed or flexible office hours, half day on alternate Saturdays
- Proficient in writing and speaking in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal attitude, attention to detail, disciplined and process oriented
- Fresh graduates are encouraged
