Job Summary:

BDP International is looking for a driven professional that will be responsible for contractual upkeep and financial reconciliation within the transport organization. The system’s coordinator will work closely with operations, the Global Service Center, and overseas partners to ensure documentation is within compliance.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Timely and accurate review of the carrier statements

• Confirming and collecting all associated invoices to share back to the operational owner of each transaction

• Adherence to the published BDP Transport AP process and write off protocol

• Validation of weekly payments back to the vendor base

• Escalations to General Managers, Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and BDP Transport leadership as required

• Working closely with the BDP Transport pricing team to validate accurate costs at a transactional level

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work on a team towards a common goal.

• Positive attitude with focus on customer service.

• Clear understanding of all BDP Systems (including but not limited to Meridian, BDP Transport Meridian, BDP Smart, ITS, Breakbulk, AX)

• Clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work with senior leaders in the BDP North America framework

• Strong understanding and utilization ability of the full Microsoft software suite

• Strong understanding of rate application and structure by each vendor
