Carol Stream Dental Associates is currently seeking a part-time RDH to join us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. $1000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Skill in providing excellent customer service and support. 

• Delivery of patient and team education with proficient written and verbal communication.

• Performing dental charting, treatments and therapies.

• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds.

• Consistently maintains ethical behaviors exemplary of quality public service and fair standards, inclusively, among all employees and members of the public.

• Ability to work effectively with Dentists, Hygienists, managers, co-workers.

• Follow practice guidelines – including sterilization protocols, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. 

• Ability to receive constructive feedback including evaluation of productivity and practice attributes.

• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to participation on clinical committees, providing education, Quality Reviews and/or other team activities.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Hold self and fellow team members accountable to follow the culture established in the BDD Mission and Values.

Requirements:

• RDH Licensed in the State of Illinois

• Anestetic Certification 

• Current CPR certification required

• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
