Regenerative Pain Mgmt practice looking for an Experienced Billing Coordinator responsible for multiple components of the billing process, including Accounts Receivable, Charge Entry, Edits and Payment Posting. Proficient in these processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of claims and collection, and in analysis and problem resolution.

Our practice consists of Out of Network Regenerative Pain Management, Functional Medicine, and Veins . Our ever growing team requires an experienced Major Medical Out of Network billing coordinator. As a Senior billing coordinator, your responsibilities will include consulting with patients to help them understand their benefits as well as third party insurance collections. Must have Out of Network Knowledge and experience in billing for Pain Management & Anesthesia.

Major Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• MUST HAVE MEDICAL BILLING CERTIFICATION
• Monitoring the billing health of the practice
• Oversee Daily Billing Activities company wide
• MUST be Computer Proficient (EHR, Google Spreadsheets & Functions, Data Management)
• Verify Patient OON Benefits & consult to help patients understand benefits within a 24 hour time frame
• Appeals/Denial follow up
• Post insurance payments (electronic methods)
• Manage accounts receivable, medical billing, collections and posting
• Generate Billing Reports and provide Analysis in the billing meeting
• Communicate clearly and kindly to patients and staff to ensure work continues at an acceptable pace
• Able to successfully maneuver online insurance sites (Navinet, Evicore, Trizetto, etc)
• At least 5 year of AR/Billing experience in a healthcare setting
• Keeping practice updated with up to date information with codes & policies
• Must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions
• Worker's Comp/auto claims(experience a plus)

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
