Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our office. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental treatment planning for speciality surgical and cosmetic dental cases.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments efficiently
• Effectively manage coversations with patients about cost and finances.
• Coordinate with appointment setter with regards to dental implant consultations.
• Utilize Dentrix for documentation.
• Schedule dental procedures and follow-up appointments
• Overcome patient objections with regards to finances. Create workable solutions that keep patients in the office.
• Manage phone systems to assist patients with inquiries

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in administrative tasks within a medical/Dental setting.
• Experience with medical scheduling and coordinating patient care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Past experience with high-cost or large treatment plans.
• Past experience with Care Credit or other financing companies.
