Entry Level-Business Development Specialist

Our New Orleans, Louisiana based organization is a pioneer in progressive "Due Diligence Background Investigations" and is enjoying significant growth. As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE who is highly motivated and driven. The candidate is required to have a undergrad degree in marketing, finance, management, economics, business administration, or psychology.

If you possess the aforementioned and wish to enter into a long-term partnership that will enable you to grow on many levels then you NEED TO APPLY! A description of the invested position is detailed below:

Responsibilities

  • Developing and expanding new business relationships.
  • Conducting prospect development through direct methods (phone, email, video teleconference)
  • Nurture and forge effective relationships within a key prospect or client company.
  • Negotiating fees, scope of background check project and delivery time with prospects or clients.
  • Provide creative ideas on how best to grow the business and identify potential untapped markets.
  • Host or participate in webinars and other mediums to raise business branding.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other appropriate literature which best fit target market.
  • Use social media platforms to promote business.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in computer applications (outlook 365, power point, excel, word and adobe pdf)
  • Routine documentation of all client notes/emails/meetings in CRM program.
  • Superior skills in time management, organizational abilities and prioritizing of daily objectives.
  • Candidate must have a high business acumen and is effective with adapting to changing business conditions that will impact business development efforts.

  • Ability to work with multiple monitors.
  • Acclimated with saving various documents in cloud-based data retention folders.
