Part Time Youth Support Specialist at BCRC

BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency which offers a wide range of services that provide supports to people with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, and physical disabilities to achieve increased independence, secure employment, and participate in their communities.

As a part time Youth Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting youth with disabilities ages 14-21 yrs. old as you engage with them in activities in the community that improve their work habits, social skills, communication skills, financial management, exploration of post-secondary education options, and participation in their community.

During the school year, this position is four days a week Monday through Friday 8:00AM-2:30PM (26 hours per week) and pays $16.50 per hour plus gas/mileage reimbursement. In the summer, you are provided with three choices. You may choose to not work at all in the summer, you may choose to work 4-5 weeks during the extended school year, or you may choose to continue with your part time hours throughout the summer in other programs at BCRC.
