The Position Proposition:

We are seeking talented and hardworking Field Professionals with a variety of skills for the following opportunities, and experience in telecom construction is a plus:

• Equipment Operators (backhoe, skid steer, trencher)
• Laborers
• Directional Drill Operators & Locators
• QA/QC Technician- Communications
• Warehouse Supervisor
• CDL Drivers/ Laborers
• Project Manager
• Construction Manager

Education & Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Valid driver's license. Class A license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be willing to work outside and in the elements.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS and perform other physical work.
• Must be willing to work overtime as dictated by work volumes.
• Positions May require short-term travel.
• BCOMM Constructors is a drug free environment. All positions require participation in federally compliant PHMSA or FMSCA drug and alcohol testing programs. This includes both pre-employment and ongoing random testing.
