BCMC is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer/SCRUM Master to support agile software development for a DoD customer.
Clearance: Must have at least active DoD Secret security clearance.
Core Work Hours: 7am - 4p, EST Monday – Friday, except Government Holidays
Place of Performance: This is a REMOTE work.
Experience/Education: 8 years with a BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Required or Ability to Obtain Certifications: Security , Scrum Master
Qualifications/Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Software Developer (Front End, JAVA) and Scrum Master, or other technical leadership position in an Agile environment.
• Specify stakeholder needs to drive the frequent delivery of value to the customer.
• Assess progress and report status to Leadership.
• Act as the technical interface with the Government.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Work with other Product Teams and Leadership team.
• Interface with the Run Ahead, Platform & Infrastructure, Networks and other technical leadership Teams and communicate priorities to the Product Team.
• Support preparation and presentation of briefings and demonstrations to customer.
• Proven leadership experience with full life cycle development on large, integrated DoD systems, including requirements development and interpretation, design, implementation, test, fielding, and sustainment.
• Demonstrated experience specifying customer needs and managing customer priorities.
• Knowledge of common software development and management tools.
• Experience leading and managing cross functional teams in the development and integration of large, complex software applications.
• Demonstrated experience in performing stakeholder management in a large, complex Development program.
