The Family Law Associate Attorney will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. They will conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, assist with negotiations and settlements, prepare for and represent clients in mediations, court hearings, and trials, collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies, maintain accurate case files, and provide legal administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will possess proficient research and writing skills, have experience in family law, demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintain an organized approach to their work, and present a professional presence in all interactions. They must be admitted to the Colorado Bar with a current Supreme Court License and reside in the Castle Rock/South Denver Metro area or be willing to relocate.
