Position Description We are looking for an entry level contract Auditor. It is an individual contributor responsible for the centralized auditing of expense reports submitted by associates and managing processes associated with expense reimbursement. On a typical day you might be answering associate questions about policy, processes and procedures about how to book travel, submitting expenses, questions about corporate cards, etc. In addition, auditing expense reports, sending back reports that have issues, need clarification, etc. You will also be managing payment processes and partnering with accounts payable in areas of reimbursement that are not fully automated.
Must have skills:

- Prior auditing experience (Expense report auditing preferred but not required) 3-5 years of prior auditing experience preferred.
- Customer Service mindset. "The customer is always right".
- Soft skills to be able to ask tough questions in a non-accusatory way. Ability to defuse difficult situations.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good troubleshooting and investigative skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity/gray
- Basic Excel skills (Building pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, sorting/filtering)
- Not intimidated by technology
- Does not require constant supervision but understands when to escalate to their supervisor.
- Has a basic understanding of the travel industry
- Understand currency conversions
- Strong verbal and written skills

No prior experience in the retail industry is needed.

We are looking to fill this role locally in Columbus, OH with a minimum expectation of 1 day a week in the office (typically Wednesdays) in Reynoldsburg. When not in the office, the auditor is expected to work core business hours of 9 am EST to 4 pm EST in a distraction-free environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
