BCF Solutions is Hiring a Facilities Analyst Near Fort Belvoir, VA
LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA (hybrid)
SUMMARY: The Facilities Analyst will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Provide expertise to execute and report results of multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and sustainment and development of long and short range strategies
- Perform as a liaison among Field Activity personnel, Move Coordinators, Space Points of Contact, and customers by gathering, coordinating, validating and accurately tracking Space Allocation Move Management information using ARCHIBUS Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
- Develops and executes project plans and related schedules/budgets
- Works with public works organizations and procedures
- Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
- Supporting facilities utilizing Federal Public Works organizations
- Build executive level briefs
- Brief leadership on space issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize/organize workload to meet Government established milestones
- Must be able to create clear and concise technical documents, memoranda, and email notifications
- Experience working with public works organizations and procedures
- MDA experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess exceptionally strong communications and analytical skills, be a self-starter, and detail oriented, work well with a team, interacts with multiple levels and functional areas and able to manage customer and contractor relationship
- Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
