This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the Sign Hydro shop at the New Lisbon Correctional Institution and the Road & Trail Sign Shop at Jackson Correctional Institution.

The Correctional Enterprises Supervisor provides direction for the staff and persons in our care (PIOCs) in the production of signage related products.

This position will be:

• Supervising and training non-skilled and semi-skilled PIOC workers
• Supervising the employment of Correctional Enterprise Specialists
• Using ERP/MRP computer system
• Managing the shop’s: production efficiency, quality standards, inventory control, costing, employment information and profitability (including setting pricing and managing DOT sign contracts).

Minimally qualified applicants will have:

• Experience with supply chain methods, such as product pricing, inventory control, factory production, warehousing and/or quality control.
• Experience supervising, leading, or training employees in production, manufacturing, supply chain or customer service roles.
• Experience or training with the use of Material Requirements Planning/Enterprise Resource Planning software in a manufacturing facility.

Pay: $28.00 - $37.30 per hour
