About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, your main responsibility will be managing the contract process from start to finish. This includes creating meeting-level budgets, developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for specific meetings, and ensuring that contracts are properly routed through BCD and client tools for approval. You will also collaborate closely with our finance department to ensure accurate and timely generation of purchase orders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in collecting funds from clients in accordance with agreed-upon terms.You're Good at:To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of contract management principles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and stakeholders. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions are also crucial for success in this role.You might also have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in meeting planning
  • Life Science expertise
  • Prior budget and cost management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and email software

Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • College degree preferred

You should know:

  • This role is virtual.
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour's break.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Contract Administratoris between $45,000 - $60,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
