Job Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. Job Specific Requirements: Certified as a Salesforce Architect - Data / System / Application / Integration Provide strong technical leadership to project teams, nurturing their success. Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices and oversee deployments. Take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on contact center and service center modules. Develop comprehensive technical design documents, encompassing solution architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture. Maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. 5 years of experience as Application Architect in Salesforce 5 years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, recommending continuous improvement solutions. Prioritize scalability, security, and maintainability in all technical solutions. Exercise technical leadership for Health Cloud implementations, focusing on data modeling, integration, and customization best practices.
