Provides expert application design, analysis, programming, testing and documentation for the development, integration, enhancement, and maintenance of information systems solutions. Job Description: Job Duties & Responsibilities Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems. Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts. Expertly and independently executes and delivers all phases of the development and configuration lifecyles with the highest levels of quality. Independently manages and delivers large projects which include problems that are difficult and frequently complex. Responds to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems. Serves as a recognized technical and functional subject matter expert in their area and source of expert knowledge and technical mentoring. Job Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. Experience 3 year - Experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards required 7 years - Systems and programming experience required 3 year - Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at BCBST. Skills/Certifications Proven skill with information technology in use at BCBST is required. Proven analysis, design, and coding skills, and demonstrated success in leading large and complex projects. Recognized subject matter expert in one or more specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Expert ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members and/or business personnel. Be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with exceptional work ethic. Leadership skills Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers. Job Specific Requirements: Certified as a Salesforce Architect - Data / System / Application / Integration Provide strong technical leadership to project teams, nurturing their success. Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices and oversee deployments. Take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on contact center and service center modules. Develop comprehensive technical design documents, encompassing solution architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture. Maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. 5 years of experience as Application Architect in Salesforce 5 years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, recommending continuous improvement solutions. Prioritize scalability, security, and maintainability in all technical solutions. Exercise technical leadership for Health Cloud implementations, focusing on data modeling, integration, and customization best practices.
