BCA bike is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Parsippany, NJ
The Quality Technician has an important role in ensuring that quality standards are met during the bicycle assembly process

Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Conduct routine and non-routine spot checks for quality compliance of in-process materials, samples, and finished goods along with documenting and reporting findings.
- Audit all process procedures for compliance and conformity.
- Ensure that the proper procedures are being followed and documented in order to maintain product quality.
- Assist to ensure nonconforming product is appropriately identified and removed from the production flow until such product can be dispositioned.
- Conduct meetings with departments in relation to any issues found that directly affect quality and/or safety.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Must have good verbal and written skills, be computer literate, and possess proven time management and organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Individual must be results oriented, organized, and attentive to details.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in the quality field
- Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment
