Job Title : Production Worker

Our Client : Manufacturer and distributor of botanical extracts.

Location : Goldendale, WA

Position Type : Temp to Hire

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hr

Overview : You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and distribution process of our client’s products. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, blending products, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, and assisting in various tasks to meet daily production requirements.

Job Description :

• Monitors and checks work to meet standards and demonstrate high level of care and thoroughness.
• Participates in compliance to GMPs, Food Safety and Security, ISO and general safety programs, including cleaning equipment and areas to meet established standards.
• Creates grower lot / package numbers and labeling.
• Accurately ships, tracks, and receives materials and containers physically and electronically.
• Reads production orders, pick lists, and shipping schedules to accurately determine materials required.
• Communicate and interacts with growers, buyers, and competitors for pick-up and delivery.
• Records, reports, and periodically audit inventory movements and production usage.
• Dewaters, dumps, blends, samples, and draws materials.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED certificate; or 1-3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn ERP systems (Adage), basic math, reading and comprehension.
• Ability to obtainforklift operator’s license and to safely operate forklifts.
• Ability to lift and / or move over 50 lbs.
