- Oversee cash flow, AR, AP, G/L, Collections, and month end closing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
- Set standards for credit for distributors and customers.
- Provide reporting for year-end tax preparations/filings.
- Set goals and document office standards and procedures.
- Devise programs and create standards of performance to attain these goals
- Evaluate the quantity of activity, the quality of activity and the effectiveness of the effort and report those results to management on a monthly basis.
- Implement Bill of Materials strategy to capture costs.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget and business plan.
- Recommend process or design improvements where they would reduce cost or improve overall quality.
- Develop budgets for Sales department, trade shows, projects and business development

- Bachelor’s Degree in business/Finance/Accounting preferred
- 5-7 years of Controller experience backed by manufacturing or e-commerce industry experience.
- Experience using QuickBooks software a must.
- Proficient with NetSuite software and Shopify – a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook)
- Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
