JOB TITLE: Procurement Analyst FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Salary – Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY: The Procurement Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting BBSI by engaging in diverse sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier relationship management activities. Responsibilities encompass managing contract review meetings, overseeing the contract repository, and reporting, facilitating savings initiatives through RFx activities with third-party suppliers, coordinating various sourcing events spanning all indirect spend categories, and evaluating and mitigating supplier risks.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Director of Procurement & VMO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Define, design, plan, and execute projects with a supplier scope of work.

· Develop processes and tools to measure project outcomes and key performance indicators.

· Extract, analyze, and compile reports to evaluate supplier and internal performance.

· Plan and conduct supplier business reviews, collaborating with BBSI and supplier stakeholders to set agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up on actions.

· Assist in developing and implementing procurement practices, tools, and technologies.

· Identify and implement enhancements to streamline and automate source-to-pay processes.

· Distribute, update, and monitor procurement plans aligned with company strategies.

· Assess and report compliance to internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop a supplier risk mitigation plan.

o Ability to forecast demand, assess risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.

o Insight to optimize procurement processes, and enhance efficiency.

· Relationship Management:

o Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.

o Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal departments.

· Adaptability:

o Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions.

o Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies in procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3 years of supplier sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management experience

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data visualization techniques. Experience with Microsoft PowerBI or other data analytics and reporting tools. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

· Supplier contract negotiation experience.

· Demonstrated Program implementation and management skills.

· Professional certifications are a plus, including CPSM and CSCP, but not required.
