We are looking for a Health Insurance Agent in Medford, Oregon!

We are looking for a highly motivated Health Insurance Agent with some experience to join our insurance sales team; someone who has their client's best interest as top priority. You will earn commission in this role, so you need to be driven to sell. You should be comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software. You will develop leads, identifying the needs of possible clients to promote the benefits of our coverage. While educational requirements fluctuate based on your phone sales skills and entrepreneurship, it is preferred but not required for all applicants to have a state insurance license.

Pay is based on commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Market our health insurance policies

- Network and develop leads.

- Effectively explain the benefits

- Identify client needs.

- Verify policy information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or GED certificate

- Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

- State insurance license (preferred)

- Excellent phone communication skills

- Sales skills
