Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is growing! We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic CCI Alliance team, a subsidiary of BBCH. The primary responsibilities will be managing multiple construction projects at the same time. This role will be the main point of contact between the client and the contractor.This position is based in Merritt Island, FL. ResponsibilitiesManaging the budget and building schedules Pay applications, procurement of subcontractors and temp services Schedule of values Preconstruction and closeout Limited travel Timecard approval for staff and direct reports Formal correspondence letters to client and subcontractor Monthly projects and budget cleanup Subcontractor change order review and executions Client modification Cost proposals and processing Read and interpret plans and specifications Will be involved in higher field staffQualificationsFederal Construction Project Manager Exp (NAVFAC, CBP, ACOE, NASA, VA)ACOE QCM cert a plusOSHA 30hr cert a plusRMS and Procore exp a plusAs a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.Salary: $105,000-$130,000Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection.
