Panhandle Power Solutions LLC is an Alaska Native-owned company who services include complete underground / overhead utility services; large scale lighting retrofits; emergency power / load shed systems; solar/PV systems; battery energy storage systems (BESS); insulated concrete forms; masonry; flatwork-foundations/SOG.Panhandle Power Solutions is looking for an Project Manager for projects located across the US with immediate needs in Texas.Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Solar/BESS/Electrical/Construction experience.Responsibilities:Develop project schedule based on the scope of workManage project financials including overall budget, procurement of project equipment and materials, and project scope modificationsPlan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.Ensure project activities are completed safely without injury to individuals or damage to equipmentEnsure projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.Requirements:7 years experience preferred with wide electrical, BESS, and solar knowledgeMust be familiar with industry standards and practicesAn advanced degree is not required. Federal Government Construction with/for the Department of Defense and/or the Army Corps of Engineers is preferred but not requiredThe candidate must be capable of passing a DoD security background check and receiving a contractor base pass as required to work on federal propertyThe candidate should possess basic Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook skillsExperience with ProCore project management software preferredThe candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work directly with our clients and subcontractors and present themselves professionally at the jobsiteThe candidate should be a good communicator and be able to logically plan successive work activitiesThe candidate must be able to work on own with limited day to day management supportTravel required in most instances- per diem when applicable.The candidate must be able to read electrical plans and specs to perform the jobProject Management Professional certification preferredEngineering degree preferredRelocation not required but must be able to travel to sites as requiredJob Type: Full-time Pay Rate: SALARYPanhandle Power Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
