Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and negotiation skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Successful 1 year insurance or outside sales background: A proven track record in insurance or sales is required
• Great listening and closing skills: The ability to actively listen to clients' needs and close deals effectively.
• Goal-oriented individual: Meet new business production goals and objectives to drive your career forward.
• Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty, Health & Life license: If you do not already have these licenses, we will support and guide you in obtaining them.
• Career mindset: A long-term commitment to a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Meet and exceed new business production goals.
• Continuously build and expand your client base through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
