CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is currently seeking an experienced, technically proficient, Federal Market Project/Construction Manager with a belief in teamwork. Job Summary: Candidates must have knowledge about every stage of the construction process from scope development to project closeout. Typical projects are both design build and bid build projects typically ranging from $2M - $15M. Project manager would be responsible for up to $22M worth of projects at one time. Project Manager will be responsible for obtaining, planning, directing, coordinating and supervising construction to ensure an on-time, on-budget project execution with high quality and no safety issues. The initial project is located at Fort Sill, OK and is $10.5M design build mechanical project consisting of replacing all dedicated outside air units in several buildings incorporating the chilled water loop from the Fort Sill plant. The Project Manager would be working with a team consisting of a Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, and SSHO. Responsibilities: Manage project from proposal stage through closeoutHandle any issues that arise resulting from unforeseen conditionsEffectively manage and build teamwork within project execution teamManage subcontractors through project completionCoordinate with Quality Control and Safety representativesDirect project activities to ensure conformance to project budget, plans, specs, and scheduleForecast project cash flow in relation to project scheduleTrack financial performance of projectsPrepare project reports for management and clientsInterface with ClientMaintain our excellent reputationManage overall project team activities Qualifications: 15 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Bachelor degree from a four year college or university in engineering, construction or a related field preferred. 5 – 10 years of Federal renovation and repair type constructionManagement of Design Build and Bid Build projectsAbility to help decipher and solve technical issues relating to constructionStrong customer service abilitySkilled in conflict resolutionGood understanding of legal processesAble to maintain morale within group and foster an environment of strong team spiritAbility to inspire trust and respectSupport growth from within the companyAbility to recognize personal shortcomings and be open to assistanceProvide vision and motivation to teamStrong ability to delegate and put trust in team membersAbility to work independently without constant supervisionMaintain ability to see the big picture through the detailsCost consciousnessMaintain team environment and be open to others viewsBe able to accept feedback from others and constructive criticismsFocus on qualityUnderstanding of Business implications and decisionsKnowledge of Market and competitionAbility to assist with strategic planningExcellent written, oral, and computer skillsAbility to gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendationsAbility to prioritize and organize, work well under stress, meet deadlines.Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change.Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills to assist and communicate with staff and clients BackgroundUS Citizenship, ability to gain security access and pass a drug test.Ability to pass any additional background checks that may be required by the FBI for access to the site.Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
