BBC International LLC is an established leader in the footwear industry specializing in sourcing, design, and technology for branded, licensed, and in-house owned brands. We currently have an opportunity as we are seeking a Product Line Coordinator to join the Design Athletic Division.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all administrative aspects of design/development by brand.
• Work closely with the Design team to enter sample requests into PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• PLM collaboration with BBC overseas office.
• Assist in choosing and sourcing materials to be used for each model.
• Submit all concepts to the Brand for approval.
• Follow up on sample developments, confirmations, and Top samples, (tracking and quality review). This includes arranging shipments of products to accounts.
• Will work closely with retail accounts to execute their product needs. Attending quarterly product build meetings.
• Work closely with OPD to set up stock numbers and UPC’s.
• Any other business as directed by Management.

Skills and qualifications:

• Relevant education or work experience.
• Entry level design skills. To assist in updating CADs by color.
• Basic Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to Work in a fast pasted environment.
• Interested in fashion – footwear experience preferred.
• Position based in NY – hybrid schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
