Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - **Position:** Busser/Host

- **Pay Rate:** $6 per hour

- **Description:**

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area

- Assist servers with table setup and clearing dishes

- Provide a warm welcome to patrons

- Compensation:

- Base pay of $6 per hour

- Retain 20% of the dine-in tables served during your shift

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Assist with taking food and beverage orders

- Relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff

- Clear tables and reset them for new guests

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs

- Assist servers with refilling drinks and delivering food to tables

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

- Communicate effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and management

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
