Job Description:
As a Construction Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects by providing administrative support to the construction services leadership and construction teams, which includes vertical and horizontal construction. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in carrying out the following responsibilities:

Generating Reports
Community Startup & Contract Administration - Vertical
MCA/PSA/Change Orders - Horizontal
JOA – Justification of Award - Horizontal

SIBI ordering site
· Import community information into the Sibi system.
