```Duties```
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently
- Train new employees on job responsibilities and safety procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to optimize workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of assembly, forklift operation, fabrication, and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Proficient in using hand tools
